Best, Linda S. (nee Lohmann)
UNIONTOWN, Mo. -- Linda S. Best, 50, of Uniontown died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at Independence Care Center in Perryville, Mo.
She was born May 30, 1960, in Perryville, daughter of the late Willis and Margie Petzoldt Lohmann. She and Ronny Best were married Sept. 30, 1978.
Mrs. Best was a bus driver for Meyer Bus Line and a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna, Mo.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Nathan (Sara) Best of Uniontown; a daughter, Rachel (Nick) Emmendorfer of Perryville; a brother, Ron (Jeannie) Lohmann of Farrar, Mo.; three sisters, Barb (Rodney) Wachter of Altenburg, Mo., Sandy (Keith) Bachmann of Crosstown, Mo., Diane (John) Meyer of Frohna; four grandchildren, Ethan Best, Haley, Aubrey and Jackson Emmendorfer.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Paul Lohmann.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 6:30 a.m. to service time Wednesday at Concordia Lutheran Church.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Rod Benkendorf officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to Concordia Lutheran Church General Fund.
Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville is in charge of arrangements.
