Blaylock, Julius Spencer
Julius S. Blaylock, a 70 year old resident of Perryville, R. 1, died at his home on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 1975.
Mr. Blaylock was born on August 28, 1905, in Bollinger County, a son of Columbus and Belinda (Barks) Blaylock. He married Lillie Etta Shrum, who survives. Also surviving are: one son, Rev. Donald Blaylock of Herculaneum; one daughter, Mrs. Stanley (Marie) White of Perryville, R. 5; one brother, Ray Blaylock of Jackson; three sisters, Mrs. August Lix of Perryville, Mrs. George Little of Jackson and Mrs. Celia Fadler of Fredericktown; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
The body was in state at Young and Sons Chapel until 11:30 Friday morning, Nov. 28, when it was taken to the United Methodist Church at Crossroads for services at 1pm by the Rev. Tom Nagle and Rev. Melvin Henley officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
