Blechle, Robert Joseph
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 16th, 2007 for 67-year-old Robert J. Blechle of Perryville, who died Monday, February 12th, 2007 at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born April 15th, 1939 in Perry County, the son of Adolph and Otilla (Bohnert) Blechle, Sr. They preceded him in death.
He married Georgia "Fay" Henderson September 29th, 1962. She survives in Perryville.
He is survived by three daughters and two sons in law, Nancy Blechle, Debra and Al Quamen, all of Carbondale, IL, Connie and Norman Lambert of Fenton; a brother and sister in law, Virgil and Dorlene Blechle of O’Fallon; two grandchildren, Claire and Erin Lambert.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Adolph Blechle, Jr.
He was a forklift operator for Gilster Mary-Lee, and was a logger/timberman.
He was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, and a former member of the Missouri National Guard.
Visitation will be from 4:30-9 p.m. Thursday, February 15th, and from 6:30-8:30 a.m. Friday, February 16th at the Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville. A Parish Wake will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Chapel.
Funeral Mass for 67-year-old Robert J. Blechle of Perryville will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, February 16th, 2007 at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Henry Grodecki will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
