Bock, Olga A. (nee Verseman)

A funeral will be held Tuesday, October 25th, 2005 for 91-year-old Olga A. Bock of Frohna who died Friday, October 21st at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born February 17th, 1914 in Farrar, the daughter of Henry and Emma A. (Koenig) Verseman, who both preceded her in death.

She married William Albert Bock on August 4th, 1934. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by a son and daughter in law, William and Miriam Bock of Frohna and three daughters and sons in law, Bernice and Eugene Bunkowske of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Betty and Ron Bohnert of Perryville and Nancy and Phil Graeul of Wildwood; 13 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by eight brothers, six sisters and three grandchildren.

She was a homemaker and member of the Concordia Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women's Missionary League, Concordia Ladies Aid, Lutherans for Life and Frohna Fun Club.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, October 24th and 6:30-8 a.m. Tuesday, October 25th at the Young and Sons East Perry Chapel in Altenburg.

A funeral for 91-year-old Olga A. Bock of Frohna will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 25th at the Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Palmer will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the Lutheran Hour, Concordia Building Fund, Concordia Historical Society or Saxony Lutheran Memorial.
