Bohnenkamp, Henry Edward
Henry Edward Bohnenkamp, 68, of Desloge died June 6 at Farmington Regional
Medical Center. He was born Nov. 26, 1921 at Bourbon, MO., to the late Rev. Samuel David
and Amy Sites Bohnenkamp. He was preceded in death by one sister, Mildred Sellers and two
brothers, Earl Bohnenkamp and Marvin H. Bohnenkamp.
Mr. Bohnenkamp served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived by his wife,
Juanita Eaton Bohnenkamp of Desloge; three sons: Edward L. Bohnenkamp and John A.
Bohnenkamp, both of Flat River, and Stephen H. Bohnenkamp of Desloge; two daughters: Linda
Sue (Mrs. Michael) Reed of Viburnum and Cynthia A. (Mrs. Ralph) Tisher of Cedar Hill, MO.;
three sisters: Mrs. May Summers of Birch Tree, Mrs. Clara Raines of Farmington and Mrs.
Lucy Fowler of Pocahontas, MO; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will begin today after 2 p.m. at Boyer Funeral Home in Desloge. Funeral
services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Boyer Funeral Chapel with Rev. Paul Smith
and Rev. Bill Hanshew officiating. Burial will be in St. Francois Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
