Bohnert, Loretta R. (nee Tackaberry)
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Loretta R. Bohnert, 79, of Perryville died Friday, Dec. 12, 2003, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Perryville.
She was born March 30, 1924, daughter of Harry and Hilda Holtermann Tackaberry. She and Melbourne Bohnert Sr., were married May 2, 1942, at Perryville.
Bohnert was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, the Perry County Sportsman Club and the Berean Bible Class.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Melbourne "Bud" Bohnert Jr. and Craig Bohnert of Perryville; six daughters, Mary Ann Weibrecht and Nancy Ochs of Perryville, Pam Lowry of Jackson, Sharon Dubois of Minden, Nev., Vicki Sue Covington of Roanoke, Va., and Jean Friedrich of St. Louis; a brother, Harry "Mickey" Tackaberry of Perryville; two sisters, Marie Young and Leola Boyer of Perryville; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev. Craig Otto will officiate, with burial in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
