Bohnert, Wilhelmina "Wilma" T. (nee Berkbuegler)
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Wilhelmina T. "Wilma" Bohnert, 96 of Perryville died Nov. 22, 2009, at Independence Care Center in Perryville.
She was born Jan. 31, 1913, at Biehle, Mo., to Charles Berkbuegler and Mary Elizabeth Lappe Berkbuegler. She married Joseph M. Bohnert on Oct. 17, 1932, at Brewer, Mo. He preceded her in death on Nov. 28, 2000.
Mrs. Bohnert had been a trimmer for International Shoe Co. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Norma Balsman and Stella Moll of Perryville, Linda Lopez of Springfield, Mo.; two sons, Joseph Bohnert of St. Peters, Mo., David Bohnert of Biehle; a sister, Corine Bohnert of Perryville; 22 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, two sisters, a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until Mass on Wednesday in the Gathering Space of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Funeral Mass will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to the St. Vincent de Paul School general fund.
