Boxdorfer, Everett L.
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Everett L. "Sonny" Boxdorfer, 61, of Perryville died Friday, July 24, 2009, at his home.
He was born Dec. 29, 1947, in Perry County, Mo., son of Ernest and Ann Macke Boxdorfer. He and Mary M. Schott were married Dec. 21, 1991, in Perryville.
Boxdorfer had been an aircraft technician with Saberliner Corp. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife; mother, Ann Boxdorfer of Perryville; a daughter, Deborah (Tom) Varga of Ste. Genevieve, Mo.; a brother, Alan (Linda) Boxdorfer of Perryville; two sisters, Theresa (Eddie) Williams of Arnold, Mo., Faye (Wally) Hacker of Fredericktown, Mo., two grandchildren, Sophia Marie Varga and Thomas John Varga II of Ste. Genevieve.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 6:30 to 9 a.m. Monday at Miller Family Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Monday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be private.
Memorials preferred to Southeast Hospice, St. Vincent Parish or the American Cancer Society.
