Roy Lee Boxdorfer, 81, of Barnhart, passed away December 17, 2011.
Roy was born, October 10, 1930, in Perryville, MO, the son of Fred and Edna (Klobe) Boxdorfer. Roy married the former Virginia Buchheit.
Loving husband, for 59 years, of Virginia (Buchheit) Boxdorfer. Dear father to June Kriese, Joan (Keith) Oestricker, Patty (Mike Barbagallo) Boxdorfer, Roi-Ann (Daryl) Black, and Frank (Debi Davis) Boxdorfer; beloved brother of Hallie Pourney and Margie Hudson; loving grandfather of 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 20, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 6020 Old Antonia Rd., Imperial. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M.,Monday, December 19, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., Arnold. Interment in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Imperial.
For those who prefer, memorial masses in Mr. Boxdorfer's name, may be left to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
