A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2013 for 73-year-old LeRoy J. "Topper" Brewer of Perryville, who died November 24, 2013 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born August 19, 1940 in Perryville, the son of Wallace J. Brewer and Iris M. Rayoum Brewer who both preceded him in death.
He married Lillian L. Keller on December 20, 1957 in Chicago, Illinois. She survives in Perryville.
He is also survived by three daughters: Vickie (Stanley) Winkler of Ste. Genevieve, Rebecca (Melvin) Frelix of St. Mary and Kathryn (John) Bachmann of Perryville; a son: LeRoy (Tammy) Brewer Jr. of Perryville; two brothers: Gerald (Patsy) Brewer of Perryville, Gary (Darlene) Brewer of Perryville; two sisters: Wanda (Lester) Terbrak of Perryville and Saundra Buerck of Perryville; a grandson; 11 granddaughters and two great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by four brothers and a sister
LeRoy was retired from General Motors Corporation.
Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.
A memorial service for 73-year-old LeRoy J. "Topper" Brewer of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. December 21, 2013 in the Miller Family Chapel. Pastor Scott Parker will officiate. Burial will be private.
