PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Kenneth F. Brown, 67, of Perryville died Sunday, March 13, 2011, at his home.

He was an Army veteran.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Young and Sons Funeral Home. A Catholic wake will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be in the Home Cemetery.

A funeral will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 for 67-year-old Kenneth F. Brown of Perryville who died March 13, 2011 at his residence.

He was born October 10, 1943 in Perry County, son of William L. and Ida L. (Welker) Brown who both preceded him in death.

He married Sharolyn Ochs LaRose on July 2, 2004. She survives in Perryville.

He is also survived by two sons: Kristopher and Michael Brown both of Perryville; two daughters: Darlene (James) Dowdy of Minnith and Jennifer (Charles) Bryan of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois; two sisters: Evelyn Crabtree and Katherine First, both of Perryville; six grandchildren: Jordan, Kristyn, Thomas, Landon, Elizabeth and William, and two step sons: Kurt LaRose and John LaRose Jr.

He was also preceded in death by two infant brothers: Carl and Clyde and a sister: Lavern Phillips.

He was a carpenter and livestock farmer.

He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, V.F.W. Post No. 4282 and was a U.S. Army Veteran.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Friday, March 18th and 6:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 19th at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. A Catholic wake will be held at 7:30 p.m.

A funeral mass for 67-year-old Kenneth F. Brown of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19th, 2011 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Milton Ryan will officiate.

Burial will be in the Home Cemetery.

Memorials are preferred to Southeast Hospice.
