Obituary
Geraldine M. Caldwell, age 84, formerly of DeSoto, entered into rest, Sunday, March 18, 2012, at Lansdowne Nursing Center in St. Louis. Geraldine was born to the late Floyd P. and Rose E. (Vernon) Layton in Perryville, MO on September 27, 1927. She married her late husband, Jerry F. Caldwell on September 2, 1951 at Scott Air Force Base. Geraldine was a loving wife and mother. She is survived by her sons; Jasper "J.C." (Ida) Caldwell of Ballwin, and William "Bill" (Pat) Sulls of Huntsville, AL, brother, Eugene (Joella) Layton of Perryville, sisters; Betty Laurentius of Perryville, Peggy Hudson of Perryville, grandchildren; Ronna, Courtney and Nicole and great-grandchild, Cassidy Skye.
She was preceeded in death by her husband and parents. She enjoyed flowers and gardening in her spare time. Deacon Ed Boyer will officiate the Service.
