Cattoor, Leneta C. (nee Geringer)
PERRYVILLE, Mo. — Leneta C. Cattoor, 95, of Perryville died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born Nov. 27, 1913, in Perry County, daughter of Lucas and Louise Bohnert Geringer. She and Theophiel A. Cattoor were married April 4, 1935. He died Aug. 8, 1984.
Cattoor had farmed and was a former member of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Belgique, Mo.
Survivors include four daughters, Shirley Wibbenmeyer of St. Charles, Mo., Euline Schremp and Belinda Schumer of Perryville, Donna Ernst of Pine Bluff, Ark.; two brothers, Lonnie Geringer of Perryville, Roy Geringer of Highland, Texas; a sister, Aline Valleroy of Perryville; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to service time today at Young and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Rick Valleroy officiating. Burial will be in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery in Belgique.
