Cissell, Marile Jean (nee Smith)
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Marile "Jean" Cissell, 73, of Perryville died Thursday, March 11, 2004, in Perryville.
She was born Oct. 7, 1930, in Perry County, daughter of Oliver and Gertrude Gibler Smith. She and Perry W. Cissell were married Nov. 15, 1947. He died Jan. 14, 1998.
Cissell was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church at Brewer, Mo.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Hlavek and Dana Walker of Perryville; four sons, Ronnie, Bill, Steve and Allen Cissell, all of Perryville; a sister, Virginia Zoellner of St. Peters, Mo.; a brother, Kenny Smith of Perryville; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son and two sisters.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4 to 9 p.m. today, and Saturday from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.
The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Christ the Savior Church, with the Rev. Felipe Martinez officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
