PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Earl H. Davis, 85, of Perryville died Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at his home. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until time of service Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. A memorial Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery with military service provided by American Legion Post 133 and Missouri Delta Team...

A funeral will be held Monday, July 22, 2013 for 85-year-old Earl H. Davis of Perryville who died July 17, 2013 at his residence.

He was born January 9, 1928 in Perry County, the son of William and Hilda (Bohnert) Davis who both preceded him in death.

He married Zelma Behrle on April 23, 1929. She preceded him in death on January 2, 1994.

He is survived by a daughter: Norma Jean (David) Neumann of St. Louis, a daughter in law: Donna Voelker of Perryville; two sisters: Dorothy Renner and Beulah Weisbrod both of Perryville; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a son: William "Bill" Voelker; a brother: Ernest Davis and two sisters: Marie Clements and Bertha Cairns.

He was a meat cutter at Rozier’s.

He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, American Legion Post 133 and V.F.W. Post 4282.

He was a US WW II Army Veteran.

Visitation will be held 8:30-10:30 a.m. Monday, July 22, 2013 at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville

A memorial mass for 85-year-old Earl H. Davis of Perryville will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 22nd, 2013 at the church. The Rev. Milton Ryan will officiate.

Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery with military graveside service provided by American Legion Post 133 and MO Delta Team.

Memorials are preferred for charity of choice.
