Ralph L. Dumey, 84, of Jackson passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012, at his home. He was born Oct. 10, 1927, in Rockview, Mo., son of Linus Matthew and Fern Williams Dumey. He and Winifred "Winnie" Summers were married July 3, 1953, in Chaffee, Mo. Ralph graduated from Chaffee High School in 1945 where he was active in football and basketball...
