Laura Ann (Miget) Elder, 45 of East Alton, IL., formerly of Perryville died June 25, 2014 in East Alton, IL.
She was born July 24, 1968 in Perryville, MO, daughter of James and Mary Ann (Zahner) Miget of Perryville.
Mrs. Elder was a Home Health Nurse. She was in the US Air Force and had a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Survivors include 1 son and one daughter; Amber Elder and Isaac Elder both of Perryville, one brother; Craig (Sarah) Miget of O’Fallon, MO, one niece Leah Miget and two nephews; Alex and Drew Miget.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29 from 5:00 – 9:00 pm and on Monday from 6:30 – 9:30 am. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Monday at 10:00 am with Rev. Jim French officiating. Burial in Mount Hope Cemetery with military honors provided by American Legion Post 133 and Air Force Honor Team.
Memorials are preferred to Family Use.
