Estes, Houston Lee
Houston Lee Estes, 76, of Paragould, Ark., formerly of Kennett, died Tuesday, July 25, 2006, at his residence.
Born Dec. 17, 1929, in Kennett, son of the late Arven and Sadie Faith Estes, he was in the Army National Guard and a custodian at Kennett School. He married Mildred Hooper, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include four sons, Eddie Estes, David Estes and wife, Tonya and Ray Estes and wife, Johanna, all ofKennett and Johnny Estes and wife, Tammy, of Paragould; one daughter, Sheila Olson and husband, Robert, of Shreveport, La.; two sisters, Juanita Nelson, of Kennett and Aledea York, of High Ridge, Mo.; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Friday, July 28, at the Bradshaw Funeral Home in Kennett.
