Fadler, Joseph Stanley

Joseph Stanley Fadler Sr., 82, of Centralia died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 1994, at the Stuart House in Centralia.

Funeral arrangements are pending.

Mr. Fadler was born on Sept. 2, 1912, to George M. and Cecilia May Terbrak Fadler.

He married Winnie Lee Fillyaw on June 20, 1936, and she survives. He was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Centralia and was a third-degree
knight in the Knights of Columbus. He retired from the A.B. Chance Co. in 1976.

He was also survived by two sons, Joseph Stanley Fadler Jr. of Columbia and David Lee Fadler of Centralia; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Frances George of Centralia; a brother, Raymond Fadler of Marceline; three sisters, Essie Mae McCurdy of Indianapolis, Darline Fowler of West Des Moines, Iowa, and Virginia Long of Moberly; and six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, George Thomas Fadler.

Services for Joseph Stanley Fadler will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church with the Revs. Charles Patterson and Russell Judge
officiating. Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Centralia. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, at Meador and Sons Funeral Home in Centralia with a wake service at 7 p.m.

Mr. Fadler died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 1994.
