Fadler, Nina (nee Clauser)
Nina (Clauser) Fadler, 94, of Columbia, Missouri passed away Saturday,
March 8, 2008 at the Bluffs.
A memorial service was held at noon on Tuesday, March 11, at Riggs United Methodist Church
in Riggs.
Nina Fadler was born September 30, 1913 in Fredericktown, the daughter of George and A
Rose (Copeland) Clauser.
She married Lester A. Fadler on May 14, 1941 in Fredericktown and he preceded her in death
in 1984.
Survivors include two sons, George F. Fadler of Columbia and James A. Fadler of St. Louis;
one daughter, Ruth and husband Richard Stone of Harrisburg; one sister, Ruth Berry of
Fredericktown; four grandchildren, Rhonda Lightfoot and husband Robin, Richard Stone II
and with Bethany, Dustin Fadler and Michael Fadler; four great-grandchildren, Ethan and
Aaron Lighfoot and Liberty and Archer Stone; and one special niece, Rose Powell; numerous
nieces and nephews also survive.
Mrs. Fadler was preceded in death by her husband; two sisters, Glenda M. Sebastian and
Mary C. Ellis; and her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riggs Cemetery Fund in care of
Mary Alice Nielson, 201 W. Williams Road, Sturgeon, Missouri 65284. Or, The Bluffs
Employee Fund, 3105 Bluff Creek Drive in Columbia, Missouri 65201
