Fornkohl, Dorothy Juanita (nee Clubb)
CAPE GIRARDEAU - Funeral services were held this afternoon for Mrs. Dorothy Fornkohl of Route 1, at Scriptual Lutheran Church with the pastor, Rev. Henry Gieschen, officiating. Burial was in the Thompson Cemetery. Ford and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Fornkohl, 53 years old, died Saturday at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 7, 1925, in Cape Girardeau. She married Oscar Fornkohl Aug. 17, 1945, at Jackson, who died July 21, 1977.
Survivors include three sons, Larry Tom and David Fornkohl of Cape Girardeau; four daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Blechle, Miss Linda Fornkohl, Ms. Fawn Green and Mrs. Joy Schlegel of Cape Girardeau; four brothers, Bob Clubb of Almazardo, N.M., Carroll Clubb of San Francisco, Calif., Louis Clubb of Texarkana, Tex., G.W. Clubb of Harlingen, Tex., and five grandchildren.
Two brothers and a grandchild preceded her in death.
