Friese, Mabel M. (nee Hahs)
JACKSON, Mo. -- Mabel M. Friese, 96, of Jackson died Friday, June 7, 2002, at Jackson Manor.
She was born March 14, 1906, at Daisy, Mo., daughter of Peter and Cora Linebarger Hahs. She and Tony E. Friese were married Aug. 8, 1929. He died July 9, 1989.
Friese was a member of Millersville United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, and Millersville Homemakers Club.
Survivors include two sons, Kirby Friese of Jackson, Jerry Friese of Scott City, Mo.; a daughter, Nelda Hamilton of Jackson; a brother, Cletus Hahs of Daisy; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Genece Felty officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery near Daisy.
