Gebhardt, Gloria J. (nee Schumer)
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Gloria J. Gebhardt, 64, of Perryville died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2010, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Mass will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Joe Williams officiating. Burial will be in St. Maurus Catholic Cemetery in Biehle, Mo.
Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A funeral will be held Monday, August 30th, 2010 for 64-year-old Gloria J. Gebhardt of Perryville, who died August 26, 2010 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Cape Girardeau January 15, 1946 the daughter of the Eddie F. and Wilma M. (Lappe) Schumer.
She married Gilbert J. "Sonny" Gebhardt January 16, 1966. He survives in Perryville.
She is also survived by a son: Daniel (Heidi) Gebhardt of Perryville; three daughters: Dawn (Tim) Leimbach and Dana (Tim) Unterreiner all of Perryville and Dee Alsup of St. Charles; a sister: Tammy (Denny) Brown of Perryville; six grandchildren: Brittney (Cody) Gills, Tyler, Addie, Grace and Payton Unterreiner and Taylor Alsup; and a great-grandson: Decimus Gills.
She was a home maker and owner and bookkeeper of Gebhardt Mobile Home Sales for 30 years.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, St. Vincent Jonah Team, and a charter member of St. Vincent Eucharistic Adoration Ministry and the Perryville Writer's Guild.
She was an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister and was involved in many church ministries.
She enjoyed quiet time at home writing poetry, reading and watching Cardinal baseball.
Her family will remember her love for the Lord, her wisdom and the time she spent in prayer.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, August 30 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Joe Williams will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Maurus Catholic Cemetery in Biehle.
Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent Eucharistic Adoration Card Fund, St. Vincent Schools or to Birthright.
