Giddings, Virginia D. (nee Crites)
BRIDGETON, Mo. -- Virginia D. Giddings, 86, of Bridgeton died Friday, June 9, 2006.
She was born Aug. 20, 1919, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Oscar and Selma Keller Crites. She and William B. Giddings were married March 1, 1941.
Survivors include a daughter, Sue Harris of St. Charles, Mo.; four sons, William Giddings III of Columbia, Mo., John Giddings of Mesa, Ariz., James Giddings of Westerly, R.I., Robert Giddings of Hillsboro, Mo.; a sister, Marie Whitten of Columbia; two brothers, Frank Crites of Jackson; Weldon Crites of Mississippi.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Alexander Funeral Home, 11101 St. Charles Road, Bridgeton.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Memorial Park at Cape Girardeau.
