Gosche, Saundra Ann
Saundra Ann Gosche, 59, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, July 9, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
She was born March 28, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Ralph Joseph and Helen Teresa Kielhofner Gosche.
Saundra was a 1968 graduate of Oran High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University.
From 1972 to 1981 she worked for the Civil Service Commission in Washington, D.C. In 1981 Saundra returned to Cape Girardeau to work as a service representative with the Social Security Administration until retirement in 2006.
She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral.
Survivors include her parents, Ralph and Helen Gosche of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Debra (Larry) Rickman of Cape Girardeau; a niece, Laura Rickman; and a nephew, Eric Rickman.
Saundra was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Emil and Christine Kielhofner; and paternal grandparents, George and Amanda Gosche.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Cathedral, with the Rev. Tom Kiefer officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Mary's Cathedral or American Cancer Society.
