Hadler, Delmar H. "Doc"

Delmar H. "Doc" Hadler, 73, of Perryville, Mo., died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, Mo.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, Mo., with the Rev. Thomas Handrick officiating. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Crosstown, Mo.

A funeral will be held Tuesday, November 27, 2012 for 73-year-old Delmar H. "Doc" Hadler of Perryville who died November 24, 2012 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 22, 1939 in Menfro, the son of Henry Paul and Erna Anita (Schuessler) Hadler who both preceded him in death.

He married Ruth L. Bohnert April 28, 1962. She survives in Perryville.

He is also survived by a son: Steve (Donna) Hadler of Frohna; two daughters: Marla (Scott) Barber and Cathy (Tim) Gremaud, both of Perryville; five brothers: Eldor (Aileen) Hadler of Quincy, Illinois, Arnold (Elaine) Hadler of Bonne Terre, and Elbert (Janet) Hadler, Willard (Glenda) Hadler, and Arlin (Sharon) Hadler, all of Perryville; a sister-in-law: Elaine (Harold) Davis of Perryville; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

He was also preceded in death by a brother: Harold Hadler.

He worked in the agricultural industry hauling lime, feed, and fertilizer.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and American Legion Post 133.

He was a charter member of the River Hills Antique Tractor Club.

He was in the US Army.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, November 26, 2012 and 6:30-8:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the Young & Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 73-year-old Delmar H. "Doc" Hadler of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Thomas Handrick will officiate.

Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Crosstown.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the St. Francis Heart Institute.
