PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Barbara R. Hanquist, 69, of Perryville died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, at her home. She was born Oct. 1, 1934, in St. Louis, daughter of Carl E. and Lamia Mabuce Jordan. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 3rd, 2004 for Barbara R. Hanquist of Perryville, who died Saturday, December 20th at her home.
She was born October 1st, 1934 in St. Louis, the daughter of Carl E. and Lamia (Mabuce) Jordan who both preceded her in death.
She married Lynn E. Hanquist on June 14th, 1952. He survives in Perryville.
Survivors also include: five daughters and four sons in law, Carolyn and Larry Winkler, Catherine and Steven Boxdorfer, Karen and Dale Rhyne, Gwendolyn Head, and Marilyn and David Mitchell, all of Perryville; two sons and daughters in law, Brad and Denise Hanquist and Craig and Tracy Hanquist, all of Perryville; 24 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and member of the United Methodist Church, Ladies's Elks and Thursday Afternoon Bowling League.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 3rd, 2004 from 9-11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Perryville.
A memorial service for 69-year-old Barbara E. Hanquist of Perryville will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 3rd, 2004 at the United Methodist Church in Perryville. The Rev. Jerry Willer will officiate.
The Young and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
