Holmes, Tony "Eddie Baker"
MARBLE HILL, Mo.-- Tony "Eddie Baker" Holmes, 44, of Marble Hill died Friday, March 6, 2009, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born March 29, 1964, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., son of the late Darrel M. and Barbara Doneson Baker.
He graduated from Woodland High School in 1982 and worked 20 years for Crader Distributing in Marble Hill as the plant inventory control manager.
Survivors include a son, Kelcie Holmes of Harrisonville, Mo.; fiancee Cindy Gray of Scott City; three sisters, Vickie Seiler of Leopold, Mo., Wanda Harris of Spring, Texas, Teresa VanGennip of Marble Hill; three brothers, Dennis, Stephen and Allen Baker, all of Marble Hill.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with the Revs. Kenny Strong and Mike Sower officiating.
Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery.
