PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Willis C. Horn, 94, of Perryville died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2014, at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, and 6:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Young & Sons Funeral Home...

Willis C. Horn, 94, of Perryville died December 7, 2014 at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, MO.

He was born August 13, 1920 in Harviell, MO, son of Chester and Elsie (Stout) Horn.   

Willis had been a farmer and truck driver.  He was an U. S. Army veteran of WW II.

Survivors include sister, Ruth (John) Melton of Perryville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and five sisters: Opal Horn, Ruby Clayton, Pearl Horn, Virginia Statler, and Ioma Denton.

Visitation will be held at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 9 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Wednesday, December 10 from 6:30 am until time of service at 10:00 am at Young & Sons Funeral Home with Brother Charlie Mangels and Brother James Brotherton co-officiating.  Burial in Crossroads Cemetery.    Military honors provided by American Legion Post 133 and MO Delta Team.

Memorials are preferred to Missouri Veteran’s Home.
