A funeral will be held Saturday, July 2nd, 2011 for 79-year-old Dale Huber of Perryville, who died Thursday, June 30th, 2011 at Independence Care Center of Perryville.

He was born August 27th, 1931 in Perry County, the son of Valle and Elva (Rabold) Huber. They preceded him in death.

He married Pat Hennemann April 7th, 1956 in Crosstown. She survives in Perryville.

Survivors include three daughters, Kay (Greg) Riney, Susan (Andy) Krauss, all of Perryville, Nina (Lee) Sanders of St. Charles; four sons, Kim, Alan, Edward, Joseph (Cindy) Huber, all of Perryville; a brother, Larry (Kathy) Huber of Perryville; two sisters, June (Corky) Lueckel, Patsy Huber, all of Perryville; 12 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.

Mr. Huber was a farmer. He was an Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, life member of the American Legion Post 133, V.F.W. Post 4282, and AmVets.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, July 1st at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. A 7 p.m. AmVets service will be followed by a Parish wake at 7:30. Visitation continues Saturday, July 2nd from 6:30 a.m.-1:50 p.m., with rosary recital at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

A Funeral Mass for 79-year-old Dale Huber of Perryville will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 2nd, 2011 at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Rev. Milton Ryan will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery, with military graveside honors rendered by VFW Post 4282 and the Delta team.

You may make memorials to the St. Vincent School System or the American Heart Association, Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society.

Miller Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
