Huber, Elva V. (nee Rabold)
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Elva V. Huber, 95, of Perryville died Monday, April 17, 2006, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 1, 1911, at Frohna, Mo., daughter of Arthur and Dixie Wills Rabold. She and Vallie Julian Huber were married Nov. 27, 1930, at Sereno, Mo. He died Nov. 14, 1955.
Huber had worked at Ollie Moore Dress Factory. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Parish at Sereno, Daughters of Isabella, Altar Sodality, American Legion and VFW auxiliaries.
Survivors include two daughters, June Leuckel and Patricia Huber of Perryville; two sons, Dale and Larry Huber of Perryville; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. The parish wake with Daughters of Isabella will be at 7 p.m. Thursday. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Friday.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Victory Church, with the Rev. Francis Agnew officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
