Julia Kathryn "Judy" Jackson, 83, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, at Saint Francis Medical Center. She was born Feb. 14, 1928, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Horace Leo and Vera Gusta Anderson Jackson. She and Arthur "Bud" Jackson were married Aug. 17, 1947, in Ste. Genevieve, Mo.
