Alvin W. Kamp, 94, of Jackson passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. He was born March 8, 1918, at Tilsit, to William and Bertha Pensel Kamp. He and Rada Lou Miller Fronabarger were married Dec. 19, 1958. Alvin was a graduate of Jackson High School and had the honor of being the first Eagle Scout in Jackson. ...
