Kirchdoerfer, Viola C. (nee Seyer)
Viola C. Kirchdoerfer, 83, of Jackson, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014, at the Monticello House in Jackson, MO.
She was born August 17, 1930, in Oak Ridge, daughter of Andrew and Colletta (Westrich) Seyer, Sr. She and Clemons Kirchdoerfer were married May 7, 1955. He passed away November 11, 1998.
Viola was a longtime member of Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson, member of St. Ann’s Sodality and a member of the church maintenance volunteer group.
Loving survivors include two brothers, Lester (Semina) Seyer of Oak Ridge, and Charles (Millie) Seyer of Jackson; two sisters, JoAnn (Ray) Clements of Jackson, and Rose Helen Pair of Cape Girardeau; sister-in-law, Rita Seyer of Dexter, MO and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, Andrew, Jr., Elmer, and an infant brother, Chester; two sisters, Bernice Koehler and Lavada Clements.
Visitation will be 10am until service time Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church. The funeral service will be at 12:00 noon with Father John Harth officiating.
Interment will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
Memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception School.
