LaRose, Betty Jean (nee Klobe)
Funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000 for 69-year-old Betty J. LaRose who died Thursday, Dec. 12 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born on May 26, 1931 in Lithium, Mo., the daughter of the late Emil and Louise (Schroeder0 Klobe.
She was married to Kirby J. LaRose. He survives in Perryville.
Children surviving are Michael laRose of St. Peters; Sally Leiner of Imperial; Cynthia Hetzer of Defiance; and Lisa LaRose of St. Louis.
Brothers and sisters surviving are Mabel McCrary of Perryville; Mary Helen Klobe of St. Louis; Eileen Walter of Sereno; Harold Klobe of Perryville; and Floyd Klobe of Florissant.
Nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 15 from 4-9 p.m. and Saturday from 6:30-9:50 a.m. at the Miller Family Funeral Home. The rosary will be recited Saturday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral Mass for Betty J. LaRose will be held Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000 at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Rev. Kevin P. Fausz C.M. will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the International Myeloma Association, The American Cancer Society or to Masses.
