Lawrence, Sylvester "Jim"

Funeral service will be held Thursday, Dec. 28, 2000 for 66-year-old Sylvester "Jim" Lawrence of Perryville who died Sunday, Dec. 24 at his residence.
He was born on July 8, 1934 in Perry County, Mo., the son of the late Robert M. Lawrence and Barbara K. (Berkbigler) Lawrence, who survives in Perryville.
He was married to Verna L. Howard. She survives in Perryville.
One daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Rick Moll, survive in Perryville.
Two sisters and one brother survive, Mary Rousseau, Shirley M. Blechle and Gary W. Lawrence, all of Perryville.
Two grandchildren, Skyler and Storm Moll, survive in Perryville.
One brother, Robert Lawrence, Jr, preceded him in death.
He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, American Legion and National Guard.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2000 from 4-9 p.m. and Thursday from 6:30-9:30 a.m. at Young and Sons Chapel.
Funeral service for Sylvester "Jim" Lawrence will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Rev. Matthew Marks will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Memorial preference is to Immanuel Lutheran School or Church.
