BREWER, Mo. -- Joy Darlene Laws, 81, of Brewer died Monday, Nov. 3, 2014, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville, Mo. Service will be private. Young & Sons Funeral Home in Perryville is in charge of arrangements.

A private funeral will be held for 81-year-old Joy Darlene Laws of Brewer who died November 3, 2014 at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.
She was born November 5, 1932 in Perryville, the daughter of Guy and Myra (Tucker) Cissell who both preceded her in death.
She married Joseph Don Laws on November 25, 1950. He survives in Brewer, MO.
Other survivors include four sons and two daughters; Mike (Betty) Laws of Perryville, Larry (Suzzy) Laws of California, Rick (Renee) Laws of Perryville, Becky (Dave) Laws of Minnesota, Terry (Carol) Laws of Kansas and Kathy (Joe) Mathews of St. Louis, 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Joy was a surgical assistant.
She was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer.
She was President of Perry County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Volunteers.
Memorials are preferred to American Heart Association.
