Leible, Geraldine E. (nee Farrar)
Brazeau, Mo. -- Geraldine E. Leible, 87, of Brazeau died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009, at Independence Care Center of Perry County.
Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 6:30 to 10 a.m. Monday at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville, Mo.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Dr. Sharon Howard officiating.
Burial will be in the York Chapel Methodist Cemetery near Longtown, Mo.

A funeral will be held Monday, October 5th, 2009 for 87-year-old Geraldine E. Leible of Brazeau who died Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Independence Care Center of Perry County.
She was born November 19th, 1921 in Perry County, daughter of Valle Marvin and Mary T. (Farrar) Farrar who both preceded her in death.
She married Emanuel F. Leible on December 27, 1940. He preceded her in death on January 3, 1993
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law; Vernon and Kathy Leible of Cape Girardeau, Lindell and Sally Leible of St. Charles County, William and Linda Leible of St. Charles, one daughter and son-in-law; Janet and Donald Hotop of St. Ann, one brother; Donald Farrar of Ames, Iowa, three sisters; Evelyn Sherrill of Brazeau, Jewell Collins of Perryville, Verna Weisbrod of Brazeau, nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers; Lloyd, Richard and Roger Farrar and two sisters; Ivalene Rhyne and Margie Grantham..
She had worked in housekeeping at Perry County Memorial Hospital, was the assistant postmaster of Brazeau Post Office and a home maker.
She was a member of York Chapel Methodist Church near Longtown, Brazeau Historical Society, past member of Perry County 4-H for 30 years and officer in Perry County Extension Club. She was an avid bowler.
Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Sunday, October 4th and 6:30-10 a.m. Monday, October 5th at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.
A funeral for for 87-year-old Geraldine E. Leible of Brazeau will be held at Young & Sons Chapel on Monday, October 5th at 10 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Sharon Howard officiating.
Burial will be in the York Chapel Methodist Cemetery, near Longtown.
Memorials are preferred to York Chapel Methodist Church or Cemetery.
