Marr, Anna Elizabeth (nee Cohea)

Anna Elizabeth (Cohea) Marr of Farmington, died Saturday, June 4, 2005 at her home. She was 78. She was born April 29, 1927 in Eolia, the daughter of the late Clement and Lottie L. (Day) Cohea. She married David H. Marr, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include three sons, Terry (Diane) Berkbigler and Michael (Penny) Berkbigler, both of Eldon; and Steven (Rhonda) Berkbigler of New Florence; one daughter, Deborah (Calvin) Allen of Davisville; two step-daughters, Edith (Louie) Vernon of Festus and Geri (Clyde) Buchheit of Perryville; one step-son, Larry (Karolyn) Marr of Perryville; two brothers, Charles (Maribelle) Cohea of Bowling Green and Wilmer (Kay) Cohea of Woodriver, Ill.; one sister, Alta Wane (Ivo) Roberts of Florissant; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one step-daughter, Linda J. Marr. Mrs. Marr was a retired charge nurse at the Baptist Home in Ironton. She was a member of the New Life Fellowship Church.

Memorials are preferred to New Life Fellowship Church.

Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, June 7 from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday, June 8 at 7:30 a.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 8 at 9 a.m. at the Cozean Chapel with Pastor John Kamermann officiating. Burial will be in Millcreek Cemetery at Silex.
