Martin, Earl
A funeral will be held Thursday, June 3rd, 2010 for 74-year-old Earl Martin of Perryville who died May 30, 2010 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born August 31st, 1935 in Menfro, the son of the late Frank & Ada (Dunn) Martin who both preceded him in death.
He married Anna Buerck on April 25, 1959. She survives in Perryville.
He is also survived by two daughters, Christy (Floyd) Dobbelare and Robyn (Mike) Richardet; three sons: Kevin (Lisa) Martin, Keith (Beth) Martin, and Kurt (Heather) Martin; one daughter-in-law: Kelly Martin all of Perryville; brothers: Isadore Bohnert, Dean Hecht, Melvin (Vilet) Robert, Kenny (Ida) Buerck, Bernie Winschel, Richard & Katy Ruesler, Viola Pruesser, fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a son: Kent Martin; infant daughter; brother: Carrol Martin and two sisters: Juanita Bohnert and Majorie Hecht.
He was a carpenter in St Louis and then worked for Gilster Mary Lee in Perryville.
He was a member of the U.S. Air Force, American Legion Post 133 and AmVets Post 94 both in Perryville.
Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Wednesday, June 2nd and 6:30-10 a.m. Thursday, June 3rd at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
A funeral will be held Thursday, June 3rd at 10 a.m. for 74-year-old Earl Martin of Perryville at Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville. The Rev. Joe Williams CM will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to American Heart Association.
