McDaniel, Lorene M. (nee Simpher)
Lorene M. McDaniel, 93, of Jackson died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010, at Monticello House in Jackson.
She was born Sept. 23, 1916, in Blohmeyer, to Emil and Hermena Schwepker Simpher. She and Bearl L. McDaniel were married Nov. 29, 1941. He died June 2008.
Survivors include a son, Joe D. McDaniel of Jackson; two sisters, Evelyn Simpher and Colene Smith, both of Jackson; two grandchildren, Debbie Thiele of Marble Hill, Mo., and Marsha Job of Scott City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother and sister.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Hulshof officiating.
Burial will be at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
