Laurel A. Moldenhauer, 58, of Perryville, died February 20, 2015 at Chester Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL.
She was born August 30, 1956 in Perryville, MO, daughter of the late Melvin Moldenhauer and survived by Ruby (Steffens) Moldenhauer of Perryville. Laurel was the Owner/Operator of Management Associates and had worked at the Vision Center at Wal-Mart. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown.
Survivors one foster child; Chief Warrant Sheila (Nelson) Hearron of Fort Stewart, GA, two brothers; Michael Moldenhauer and Jeffrey (Lisa) Moldenhauer all of Perryville. Two nieces; Hanna and Megan and one nephew; Connor.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation will be held at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 24 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 6:30 – 8:15 am. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church in Crosstown at 10:00 am with Rev. Roger Abernathy officiating. Burial in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
