Delois Niswonger, 76, of Cape Girardeau passed away Monday, Feb. 21, 2012, at Southeast Hospital. She was born June 3, 1935, in Blodgett, Mo., to Eugene W. and Mildred M. Angle Emmons. She and Joe Niswonger were married Dec. 1, 1962, in Perryville, Mo. They lived in St. Louis for 33 years and returned to Cape Girardeau in 1996...
