Phillips, Juanita L. (nee Combs)
PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Juanita L. Phillips, 88, of Perryville died Monday, Sept. 8, 2014, at St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 6:30 a.m. until time of service Friday at Young and Sons Funeral Home..

Juanita L. Phillips, 88, of Perryville died September 8th, 2014 at St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre.
She was born September 18th, 1925 in River Rouge, Michigan, daughter of Edward Columbus and Eliza Lawrence (Clark) Combs.
She married Dale D. Phillips on December 26th, 1942. He preceded her in death on September 23rd, 2002.
Juanita was a Nurse’s Assistant. She was a member of United Methodist Church and Women’s Group.
Survivors include three sons and two daughters; Dale L. Phillips of St. Louis, Dennis R. (Linda) Phillips of Delta, CO, Bradley G. (Roxanne) Phillips of Cape Girardeau, Deborah S. Moll of Perryville and Dayla L. Krauss of St. Louis, one brother; Dale Edward (Marie) Combs of O’Fallon, eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters; Ellen Mullins and Elsie Margaret Combs and two grandchildren; Nicole R. Phillips and Jason A. Moll.
Funeral Service will be held at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Friday, September 12 at 10:00 am with Rev. David Duncan officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm and on Friday from 6:30 am until time of Service at 10:00 am.
Burial will follow in the Home Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to Alzheimer’s Association or American Heart Association.
