A funeral will be held Thursday, January 27th, 2005 for 85 year-old Irma B. Pingel of Perryville who died Monday, January 24th at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 11th, 1919 in Sereno, the daughter of William and Nannie Thieret who both preceded her in death.
She married Gilbert A. Pingel October 2nd, 1937. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons, Harold Pingel of Town and Country, Gerald Pingel and Carl Pingel, both of Perryville; two daughters, Helen G. Gibbar of Perryville, and Virginia Bucek of Arlington, TX; a sister, Alma Henneman of Festus; eight grandchildren, William Pingel of Aurora, IL, Darren Pingel of Murray, KY, Jennifer and Ashley Pingel and Sabrina Gibbar, all of Perryville, Gregory Gibbar of St. Louis, John Bucek of Hurst, TX, and Kathy Bucek of Arlington, TX; four great grandchildren, Chandler Pingel of Aurora, IL, Joseph and Anneliesa Bucek of Arlington, TX, and Ethan Ruehling of Perryville.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Lester Thieret, and a sister, Opal Deimund.
She was a homemaker, and a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, January 26th, and 6:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday, January 27th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.
A funeral service for 85 year-old Irma B. Pingel of Perryville will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thurssday, January 27th at the Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend Kevin Fausz, C. M. will officiate. Burial will be effected in the Home Cemetery in Perryville.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
