Diane Pobst, 57, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, at her home. She was born Nov. 10, 1956, in Toledo, Ohio, to Leo V. and June Ann Severin Campbell. She first married Arthur Lumley in 1978 in Toledo. He died in October 1993. She then married David Pobst in 1994 in Kentucky. He preceded her in death in May 2004...

Diane Pobst, 57, of Cape Girardeau, MO died Tuesday, February 04, 2014 at her home.

She was born November 10, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio to Leo V. and June Ann Severin Campbell .

She first married Arthur Lumley in 1978 in Toledo, Ohio. He died in October of 1993. She then married David Pobst in 1994 in Kentucky. He preceded her in death in May of 2004.

Diane worked as an occupational therapist at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau for more than 20 years, retiring in 2013.

She loved donating to charitable organizations, as well as gardening, quilting, and knitting, but the real passion of her life was her grandchildren.

Survivors include :

Father - Leo Campbell, Maumee, OH

Son - Adam Lumley, Benton, MO

Daughter - Sarah Heuring, Advance, MO

Sister - Deborah Halsey, Bowling Green, OH

Sister - Colleen Radak, Broadview Heights, OH

Sister - Ellen Quinlan, Swanton, OH

Three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother and husbands.

Friends may call 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 08, 2014 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday at the chapel with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating.

Burial will be at Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society or The Safe House For Women in Cape Girardeau.

Ford & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
