Ponder, Helen A. (nee Ratcliff)
HOUSE SPRINGS, Mo. -- Helen A. Ponder, 73, of House Springs, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 9:50 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.
A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, St. Mary, Mo.

A funeral will be held Tuesday, February 22, 2011 for 73-year-old Helen A. Ponder of House Springs, who died February 18th, 2011 at St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born June 22nd, 1937 in Perry County, the daughter of Louis Ratcliff who preceded her in death and Lucille Picou Ratcliff who survives in Perryville.
She married Martin Ponder on June 29, 1957, at Apple Creek. He survives in House Springs
She is also survived by two sons: Bryan Ponder of Fenton and Martin L. Ponder of Cedar Hill and eight grandchildren
She was also preceded in death by Roger L. Ponder and three brothers.
She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church in Imperial.
She worked at White Rogers Electrical Company in St. Louis.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday, February 21st and 6:30-9:50 a.m. Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011 at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Parish Wake Service at 7 p.m. Monday, The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
A funeral mass for 73-year-old Helen A. Ponder of House Springs will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 22nd at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Rev. Milton Ryan, CM will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery, St. Mary.
