Prevallet, Sheridan Cecilia (nee Kiefer)
Sheridan Prevallet, 71, of Perryville died March 29, 2014 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City, MO.
She was born January 18, 1943 in St. Louis, MO, daughter of Jesse and Thurn (Meininger) Kiefer. She and Dale Prevallet were married April 25, 1964. He survives in Perryville, MO.
Sheridan had worked as a finance officer at Miraculous Medal. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and St. Vincent Alumni Association Class of 1961.
Other survivors include three sons and a daughter, Craig (Yvonne) Prevallet of Katy, TX, Brad (Robin) Prevallet of Haslet, TX, Brian (Jane) Prevallet of Perryville, Kim (Chris) Hamlin of Kirkwood, MO; three sisters and two brothers, Geraldine Sutterer, Marlene Schremp, Richard Kiefer, Robert “Butch” Kiefer all of Perryville, LaDonna Klingner of St. Paul, MN; and eight grandchildren, Julian Prevallet, Gabriel Prevallet, Kelsey Cromwell, Dylan Prevallet, Jared Prevallet, Luke Hamlin, Andrew Hamlin and Jacob Hamlin.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 1 at Young & Sons Funeral Home from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Wednesday, April 2 from 6:30 to 9:30 am. She will then be taken to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church for Mass at 10:00 am. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred to St. Vincent de Paul or American Heart Association.
