Pulliam, Mary Pauline (nee Dodson)
BENTON, Mo. -- Mary Pauline Pulliam, 72, of Benton died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012, at her home.
She was born Feb. 11, 1940, in Illmo (Scott City) to George Nathan and Stella Mae Holder Dodson. She married Norman Ray Pulliam on Oct. 11, 1958, in Illmo. He preceded her in death Oct. 18, 2009.
Mary was a member of New Life Gospel Center in Scott City.
Survivors include a son, Norman Pulliam Jr. of Benton; two daughters, Carol Eads of Benton, Brenda Rhyne of Friedheim; a brother, Emory Dodson of Scott City; three sisters, Alice Moore, Margie Keller and Patty Dodson of Scott City; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, a brother, two sisters and a grandson.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of service today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 6 p.m. today at the chapel, with the Rev. Jack Owens officiating.
