Reid, Darin Gene
A funeral will be held Saturday, October 26, 2013 for 45-year-old Darin Gene Reid of Perryville, who died October 20, 2013 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born December 3, 1967 in Perryville, MO, son of the late Robert E. Reid and Janet (Herring) Bert who survives in Perryville.
He married Dawn Jeaneane Buza on October 23, 2010. She survives in Perryville.
He is also survived by three daughters and a son: Ashley Reid (T.J. Kirn) of Perryville, Julia Reid of Cape Girardeau, Joshua (Jennifer) Buza of Ste. Genevieve and Amanda (Mike) Smith of Chaffee; five brothers and two sisters: Robert Reid, Gina (Dean) Martin, Brian (fiancée Dana Stortz) Rollet and Dana (Lynn) Koenig all of Perryville, and Jeremy, Jonathon and Thomas Reid all of New Mexico; six step brothers: Robert (Donna) Rollet and Scott (Kim) Rollet of Jackson, David Rollet of the state of New York, Jerry (Sandy) Bert, Neal (Cathy) Bert and Shane Bert all of Perryville; six grandchildren: Addelynne Kirn, Tristen Buza, Abigail Buza, Cassandra Buza, Alysia Smith and Camron Smith; a special aunt and uncle: Tom and Becky Schreckenberg; and a step mother: Becky Reid of New Mexico.
He was also preceded in death by his father and step father Meredith Bert.
He was a drywall painter and taper.
He loved his music, family and friends.
He was of the Baptist faith.
Visitation will be 3-6 p.m. Saturday, October 26 at Young & Sons Funeral Home.
A funeral for 45-year-old Darin Gene Reid of Perryville will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Young & Sons Funeral Home. The Rev. Dennis Cebulak will officiate.
Burial will be private in Home Cemetery.
Memorials are preferred for family use.
